On a serious note, I am a bit concerned at the impression such a service gives to inbound travellers to the region.
I wouldn't dwell on this, as you may just be extrapolating small samples & reaching an incorrect conclusion. As often as not it is the exceptions that are posted on this forum. As it happens I did NCL - BRS return last Tuesday & the service & facilities at both ends ( and of course inflight) really could not be faulted. As I saw it no need to go on about it but to readdress the balance I will. Well done NCL, BRS & of course EZY
