Wex, it won't be "one big happy family" until Oct 2008, by which time (in theory) all crews will have been cross-trained.
Ref the North/South divide, I *suspect* GB will fill the void (space wise) in the South Terminal left by the departure of most of the US carriers to LHR come April.
