I'm not bashing GSM, but the current problems don't look good if you are a prospective employee.
They have had problems keeping experienced crews. Getting rid of contractors over the winter period won't exactly help matters.
I'm seeing this as an outside person with no agenda. I've always thought that GSM were a good company and really good for the industry. I'm not so sure now.
Losing approvals and then making pilots semi-redundant isn't exactly a ringing endorsement.
