I do confirm the aforesaid. The general moral is in it's extreme low especially with the senior f.o. They guys seem to be very and I mean VERY tense waiting for some kind of information coming from the office. As usual the managers keep calm too busy with their politics. The situation slowly GETS OUT OF CONTROL.... Everywhere else the airlines are luring f/o with upgrade perspectives but QA tries to pee against the wind.
The results are foreseeable experienced fo will leave creating even bigger shortage causing the airline to fly with two captains. Is that safe.... NO cost efficient....NO
What to do will be the answer once again, I suppose.
