The productive pay (flying pay) that is received on each months payslip is based on the actual rostered time for the pay period from 16th of the previous month to the 15th of this present months rostered period, if your roster started with 60 for eg. and you ended up with, say, 80hrs, you get paid for 80hrs published roster time, if you flew 40hrs only then you get paid for 40hrs. pay based on actual done flights(time based on rostered figures as displaced on ones roster sked) And by the way, if you divert you also get paid for the diversion time and back (contrary to popular opinion). Done it once and got paid for it...no questions asked!!!! Hope this clears this matter up a bit.
