No FD NO SRS:...
Well there are a couple of reason:
-Either some of them fail the interview at EY OR EK and join QR.
-Some of our pilots probably have a few chance to go elsewhere.(for different reasons...)
-For some of them (like from South America,indonesia),the money here is still very good(the FULL salary of a cpt in those countries are much more less than the BASIC Salary of an new F/O here).Good for them.
-Some of our pilots are not hit by the drop of the U$ dollar yet.
-Some of them are waiting till the bond has expired before leaving.
Regarding the new regulation for cabin crew mentioned above by CEO PITA...really the little big man never missed any opportunities to make the place more attractive for new crews......
