It is only a matter of time that an established FBO moves in or at least looks at having an extra base near London.
Most FBO's (LTN,LCY,FAB,STN ETC) are bursting at the seams and are constantly maxed out.
Southend seems to be a good option. Be interesting to find out who gets in first.
