Na, the 100hr night command can be varied a little. It's only a requirement for the DHC8 captains so they can hire FOs without it. Also 10 hours is required to be done as ICUS during line training and more night ICUS can be done if necessary. Last time I looked, 100 night command was preferable but they'd take as little as 75.
