A fantastic company to work for. I worked there for just over a year about 6 years ago.
Malcolm is a very fair boss, the aeroplanes are kept in absolute mint condition and the flying is varied.
Downside- You won't be going out and buying yourself a Porsche working for Capital. The money is OK but it is certainly a "stepping stone" outfit.
