You have to admit that his inflections sounded more like someone from Toulouse than someone from Trois Rivieres.
I flew to Europe and back with you folks twice this summer, both times in Club Class, and every sector was a very pleasant experience. Great service from the crew, almost perfect OTP, excellent announcements from the front end and our bags were off quickly every time, which is more than I can say for your main competitor's so-called premium class service to Paris and the UK. I'd gladly fly with you folks again (and probably will).
