UNI will be good. At least you will have a back up if Aviation T & C haven't improved in the next 3 years.

If you enroll in an approved CPL course you are considered a student as far as centrelink is concerned. I agree banks are unfair but you can't blame them. Would you risk loaning someone 40K when their earning potential is only around 40k in the first 5 years of employment?
