Agree with you but I doubt the MPL is an option that REX will look at due to the fact that they only expect a maximum of 6 years service from the cadets. An MPL, which is primarily for Jet aircraft anyway would then leave cadets once out of REX in a bad situation as they have a SAAB 340 endorsement and this then means more money having to be forked out to join an airline. Or if REX do plan to introduce the MPL into the cadet training i don't think they will make many friends with the idea.
