7 Grounded?
7 aircraft grounded at STN? Funny how when I was on the line yesterday there wasnt one spare aircraft around. Unless RYR has developed some sort of system where by they fly themselves these days.
I read all these posts and often wonder why there is such vitriol towards the company. Yes I agree they are very bloody minded about the way they go about their business and it could and should be improved a hell of a lot. But it constantly amazes me that if all these people hate it so much why oh why do they stick around? Unless of course you like inflicting pain on yourself?
Most of the other airlines are hiring at the moment and if the grass is indeed greener on the other side Im sure that the likes of the people complaining on here could find another job fairly easily.
For the record I don't mind the company. If you stay out of politics and enjoy it a little bit you can have fun. I agree wholeheartedly that when you have to deal with management they can be a right pain in the ass but thankfully I dont deal with them that often.
Quoting posts from websites such as REPA is a bit misguided dont you think? Its like asking a politician if he thinks the work he does is valuable and that he should get a pay increase.
