The numbers who have voted would suggest otherwise. Anyway, the numbers resigning are very real, as is the shortage of captains and the 50% command check failure rate of minimum time command candidates.
The numbers willing to come from flying schools has fallen rapidly and the latest campaign to poach pilots from Air Berlin has failed miserably.
If it's such a happy ship, why are 7 aircraft grounded in STN, plus at least 2 in DUB due to nobody to fly them?
It's well known in the training dept that if even a few wannabes refused to pay up for a TR, they'd get them free, such is the shortage of crew.
The Emperor has no clothes, though not all wannabes see this yet.
