B1 engineers with several Citation types are quite rare, B2 are very rare, so market forces, also since EASA/CAA have imposed Part 147 type rating requirements on the industry, with no Citation B2 Type courses available, this can only get worse ( or better, depending on your situation), there is evidence that the European NAAs take a more pragmatic view of the situation, and accept that the training provided by the OEMs is acceptable.
