CX has probably the most female pilots of any Asian or Middle eastern carrier. I guestimate there to be about 30.
Compare that to another 'modern ' Asian carrier which do not actually accept CV's for female applicants to their training scheme - and call their cabin crew 'Sing@#$$ GIRLS ' . At least at CX they are valued as WOMEN.
