Two points for you ADC2604
Firstly I have sent complaints to the email address you indicate. I have received a computer generated acknowledgements with the usual "your message is important to us" puff. I have yet to receive a human generated response.
Second you might care to read today's Isle of Man Examiner in which it is reported that the Isle of Man Council of Ministers (our Governement if you are not familiar with the term) met with Messers French, Rutter and Strong and told them in no uncertain terms that the standard of service they had so far given the Isle of Man was unacceptable. The paper even repeated this in its editorial. Promises were made, etc.
I realise you and others are pro FlyBe. Fine. But please at least recognise that there are shortcomings. Big ones.
BTW the current FlyBe advert in the local rag refers to lounge availibility for FlyBe Economy Plus at "all airports". Nope. Per the website not here in the IoM. Can't you even get the basics right?
