No offense intended here but RJ guys are as good as qualified as any other airline pilot. The equipment in the CRJ is equally demanding as any Boeing etc.. I've flown both! I thought that flying RJ's kept me far more current than anything else in the airline biz. Flying 6 legs a day short runways montains all weather 1000 hrs a year made me a far more profficient than would be flying two legs a week and keeping current in the sim.
