There will be times when the pilots will have problems (disciplinary/performance etc). When they involve their buddies/cronies and they cannot do the right thing. Can thry be expected to do the right thing when their sons are involved. So just expect double standards.
The underlings will not even dare question them.
And thry say there is a paradigm shift, that they are more professional now. what crap!

See if any of the TRI/TRE dare to give any average grade or less to those sons.
