I guess it all depends on what they have to offer and for what price. But believe me, there have been times when I have felt seriously fed up with screaming kids and Mr & Mrs Chav on flights down to Malaga and I am certainly no snob belonging to the 'Marbella set'! If I could afford this luxury I would definately consider it, unfortunately I doubt I can but there's plenty who will be able to and will welcome this with open arms if it gets going.
The problem with business oriented destinations is that there is too much competition from well established carriers out of other London airports for this to work at LTN. And at MAN, history will tell you that high class fares to European cities just don't seem to sell. Which is why we don't see many carriers offering a First Class service out of Manchester.
By offering leisure destinations, where year round demand is high and there is little or no competiton for passengers willing to pay for a better product, they have identified a niche in the market. Good luck to them.
