Dr.Evil what are you talking about? Are you saying Al Ain and military controllers should be working for free because the airport doesn't generate any income????
ATCO's salaries are generally based on demand and supply like everything else in the world. But generally speaking ATC salaries are always based on the country's ability to pay. If you are saying that they should pay according to the amount of traffic they handle then perhaps you should try counting the number of aircraft you handle in EACH SECTOR.That should make DUBAI no.1 hands down!!
