Not exactly the best idea to start routes directly against some of the most established carriers in the sky!
The problem with this is that there is no motive to flying with them. I am a tall man and obviously need my legroom and by law, if there are seats available, I am entitled to one free, or I will pay a fee of upto £15. Certainly cheaper than what they will be charging! The service may not be as good as EZY etc. but on a 2-4 hour flight who cares?!
The routes are also quite perculiar - surely business hubs such as MXP, MAD, CDG and FRA would be more suitable for the higher class?
MAN-TFS (MON, TOM, XL, ZB, LS, FCA, MYT, TCX)
MAN-PMI (MON, ZB, XL, LS, FCA, MYT, TCX, TOM, WW)
MAN-FAO (MON, ZB, ZB, LS, FCA, MYT, TCX, TOM, XL)
MAN-AGP (MON, XL, TOM, TCX, FCA, MYT, LS, WW, ZB)
MAN-PPH (MON, FCA, BA, TOM, XL, MYT, TCX)
LTN-TFS (MON, FCA, TOM, ZB)
LTN-PMI (MON, ZB, FCA, TOM, EZY)
LTN-FAO (MON, ZB, FCA, TOM, EZY)
LTN-AGP (MON, FCA, ZB, EZY, TOM)
LTN-PPH (MON, FCA, ZB, TOM)
As you can see here, the routes are highly fought between carriers and these will not only be operated twice, three times per week. These flights are multi-daily throught the summer and some through the winter (TFS)!
Don't see a future for this carrier on the routes it has chosen but a very good idea if it was to serve the correct destinations.
