OK, problem number 1. Akbar means "greatest" but we usually hear it in the context of a descruiption of Allah. Typical N American who knows jack **** about the region.
Problem number 2: If this guy thinks he can start a budget airline (i) he is way too late (ii) you cannot adapt GF's people and systems to this.
