Whilst am sure they have a brilliant idea on where to take GF, but don't you think since the Bah govt has already endorsed Andre Dose's plans (albeit his absence), that getting another chap with a totally new idea will not be a very healthy situation. I think this chap is stabbing in the dark here.
He should "maintain radar contact" as he says has had GF on his radar for a while. Until such a time the Bah govt decide to change plans then he can come in with his idea.
