If pilots would just quit buying these type ratings we would obviously
all be better off. Let the companies pay, why should pilots subsidize
cheap travel?
Do engineers pay their employer to work for them?
In the US the regionals are having problems filling classes for RJ newhires
so pay will have to come up, no type rating mills making any money(except
737 for Southwest newhires who are required to have it before showing up for training)
