There was a meeting before (or during) I left for my holiday, & now back to the pit with MORE Resignations in place!
You are right ALOT NEEDS TO be done, not only the Salary, but also the Allowances, especially Accomodation & Schooling Allowances!
And also keeping in mind the SALIK..
.... which costs me 4-CHARGES for evertime to/from work, & the continuous High RISING INFLATION......
Our
H of Tr is leaving as in previous posts, & was offered around 70k....from DCA.......Quite SHORT of the 100k he REQUESTED!
So what about the Operational ATCO's who are contiuously in the 'Line of Fire'??
There were some who were individually contacted by DCA, but NO Concrete offer, even though without a SUBSTANTIAL Increase, Resignations will still be the Order of the Day!
Another Scandy-Ice Man had his last day at work the day before yesterday, with the NEXT Scandy-Ice Man to depart within the coming weeks!!
