Well, I've waited more than a decade to ask two questions:
- How did Wazza make the Bongo Van comply with the original Customs RFP Visual Task, which required 650 track miles with additional avionics etc, one pilot, two observers, one Customs officer, a dog and one cubic meter of cargo capacity?
- Why did Wazza change the surveillance radar, heart of the off shore task, two days after the original Contract was signed with Customs?
