I have flown at Polar and I have done the corporate route as well, at Polar we were treated like the red headed step child and in corporate flying we were treated like servants who could also fly a plane. If I had to make a choice between the two I would go with Polar. Lots of union issues yet to be resolved but depending on how much time you have left in your aviation career you would find Polar to be acceptable while waiting for UPS or FEDEX to call Or, Polar could actually turn around and be a good place to work again. I would not hold my breath waiting for the latter.
