A320 Questions
Hi,
I was wondering if some bus drivers can answer some questions for me:
1 - How do you initiate a go around (missed approach). ie - some aircraft have a go around button on the throttle. Do you just move the throttle full forward (to the to/ga detent)?
2 - When you're using track made (instead of heading mode) to track a certain track, does the aircraft automatically adjust for winds (ie - crab into the wind to prevent drift)?
3 - When flying in the trk/fpa mode (autopilot off), how do you correctly follow the FD, since it's not really a FD anymore. Do you move the Flight Path Vector onto the Flight Path Director, or vice versa (never have flown this before). In other words, which one can you move through the flight controls (similar to moving the attitude indicator to match the FD, on a conventional FD).
