Tayib, staff shortages at LHR as follows:
Due to 'acting' APM abolished old APM rules on leave/ sickness staff have taken the p$## they are not scared of her action as she is soft. She is wrong to think these people are her friends as they are laughing at her as they take more and more days off. But it goes both ways, the staff are not aware that they too are being turned over by 'acting' APM. They will soon be either let go or taken over to a handling agent.
Unlucky for those with high salaries as they will probably not be taken over so they will find an altenative, maybe in bahrain. These staff will refuse and walk away with nothing.
'acting' APM is stupid to act in this position as she will not be confirmed. I wonder what she will do when old APM returns?
