NATS Charges
Just a small point which I don't think has been raised - BAA can go with all the deals it wants to but if it does not get the support of NATS then it woill not make much difference. NATS charges at Aberdeen are twice that of Edinburgh and Glasgow! The handling agents are also more expensive. It's not just the responsibilty of the BAA.
