IT must be a fake ....from a north sea pilots point of view, certainly, because they need always a kind of runway/heliport to land.
Anything else can't be legal and is certainly impossible because the CAA even defines the physical laws in the UK.

BTW, that is part of the flight test for the CPL in Switzerland (or was until JAR/FCL, we don't know yet). Ok, sideways, on skid on the slope and some volunteer has to get out and back in. It is not really very difficult. That is just normal for everybody flying in the mountains.
