Leeds are not paid to provide LARS, therefore any service that they may provide outside CAS will be secondary to their primary objective of vectoring and sequencing their own traffic.
Traffic permitting they may provide a service, however if they decline then call one of the other promulgated LARS units in the area, DTV and Humberside being the only two civil units.
