Some months ago when Etihad commenced services out of Sydney, one of the big-wigs from the middle East came out and held a meeting for the airline's Sydney airport management. One of those managers asked the question:..
"With all the expansion you are planning, and the now acknowledged world wide shortage of pilots, how are you going to get enough drivers?"
"That wont be a problem", the official explained, "We are simply going to offer them Much more money than anybody else".
