Loads of problems Monkee but I don't see you coming up with any solutions. Whats your business plan? Excel own and operate their own 767s and then go under because they can't carry them through the winter! Then your "friend" with whom I suspect you have a closer association than you're letting on, would then be unemployed like the rest. Still look on the bright side, with your "friend's" experience I'm sure he could get work.......maybe with Air Atlanta flying the Hadj. The problem with charter is that the winters are a commercial hell. Airlines that find inovative ways to cope will prosper, but those that don't will surely suffer, especially as the low cost carriers are now competing for the same customers on the bread and butter tourist routes.
