The deal is 5.1% back-dated to April. A further .5% in November. RPI plus 1.5% next April. Days off go from 8 in 28 to 10 in 28, with no changes in definition of a day off. Company contributions to DC pension will increase by 50%. Improvements to rostering and a few other bits.
Anyone who does not believe that this is a very good deal is not a reasonable or realistic person, in my opinion.
