While not wanting to appear to be on a higher moral grounds I TOTALLY AGREE with ALways Moving. I AM ABSOLUTELY AMAZED that some of you guys openly condone and endorse this practice! Come on, we cannot stop or should we ever discourage a pilot's son to apply as a cadet pilot in papa's company, but there should absolutely be no overt or covert attempts to fast track or establish an " old boys " network approach to the selection process. Otherwise we will forever be stuck in this rut of Malaysian malaise!
