my friends always mention about mam writing that "your individual av and group av shall then be forwarded to qantas for evaluation".........except for honouring a contract in excess of this for being available to qantas means what? nothing? no honour no loyalty no recognition of dedication, an entire work force of large percentile of operational proportions being mislead by qantas not mam??????me thinks qantas may have opened a can of worms that may lead to "vermin" indeed casualvermin!.....all this
