Well;
for anyone interested in studying the human animal, it was quite interesting; first you have the beligerency of the person accustomed to being granted a lot of priviledge in a western type society, and the relatively submissive attitude of those that are used to having to relinquish control over their destiny to others.
After about 5 hours of standing in line and waiting, even the most assertive realized that no amount of agitation would create any kind of favourable treatment for them and in the majority of cases, people just simply awaited their turn at getting checked in and boarded.
From the perspective of the person trying to provide customer service, it was pure agony!
