Just a short advice, land the job first, start thinking about time to command later... (...)
What the 'ell do you know about muffan, his age, his present position, his experience and his carreer so far, paperdragon? Time to command is definitely a relevant question when applying for a job as a pilot. Unless you are a 23 year old low-timer.
