Fortunately, all of those countries have Consulates in Houston. A few quick phone calls (hopefully) should get her the answers she needs.
(Make sure she tells them she is aircrew and ask for the longest duration visa.... especially Brazil. The first one they gave me was a 30 day duration gem!
