One thing you can take at face value is the payslip he posted on Qroom. Can't argue with that and it made for sobering reading.
FYI 737 F/Os are command endorsed.
737 F/O to Cpt would be about 7 sims min ( 28 hours)
Min sectors 30 (more if requested by the training Capt)
