I agree but I actually think we can now use RA65 and unified DEFO to our advantage as a bargaining tool for a better pay offer i.e. a common pay scale for everyone. The company has shown its hand. None of us joined this company on whatever pay scale to see our pay diminish with time because of inflation and undervalued currencies or be forced to take significant pay cuts. The company needs every single one of us. Play our cards right and they will, mark my words, come back with a better offer.
