Don't listen to guys like Dough or likeminded that might should consider retirement in the near future (no offence

)!!
I just came back from a 4 sector day as well, but am still feeling both human and happy.... if that is because I am in a good physical shape, goes to bed in due time the night before the earlies or just happy for a good job, - I don't know

.
YES, there are issues in EZY that is far from perfect, and YES we might have to go on strike to get the money we are worth, BUT there are also a lot of good things in EZY, and once the salary and pension issue is sorted there is only minor things left compared with most other airlines.
Personally I am one of those willing to strike to get our demands through if we have to go down that path, but becides that, then I have some great collegues, I fly nice new and safe equipment, I can see my days off from now till the end of march 2008, I can change my hollidays almost as I wish, my roster rarely changes, I have a saying in my carreer path and most important: I HAVE A LIFE, both inside and outside aviation!!!!
And if I decide to leave the ship in a couple of years, then I have still progressed my carreer far more than I could have done most other places, simply due to the structure and expansionrate in the company.
Positive people gives positive collegues, so guess Dough and I am from different bases as most of those I work with is quit happy with the general conditions
Just my penny.
