The cruise program ex LBA on a mix of 200/300's last winter had scheduled fuel stops at either Manchester, Belfast or Montreal Dorval at the time of booking. In reality, if my memory serves me correctly, only one Bridgetown flight, and the Acapulco flight stopped en route via Belfast and Montreal respectively.
I unfortunately don't have the final take off weights or the local weather at the times in question, which obviously would have been a deciding factor whether the flights went direct or not.
