Oh really? So the troops based in France, Germany, Scandinavia etc finally accepted that they will be paying 60-90% tax? Well I never. Netjets must be such a truly wonderful place to work that the crew are happy paying tax in two countries. I wish I had a job like that
I hope things DO improve. After all the !!!! people have put up with there over the years they deserve something better. The flying's good though. So much so even the bosses are finally having a go. Shame they'll be sheltered from a 'real' NJE day out, eh?
No they did not accept, you know french and money it is like our wine and cheese (do not touch it).
The problems will surface in April next year, when nothing would match, ( End of UK fiscal year, god knows status in Portugal, and 2 months late for the french authorities), THEN we will see interesting times. HOWEVER, the company is working on solving the issues that it faces today; there is a strong heritage to deal with, and it has to start from one end.
I have to say, that the normal day is easier nowadays than 4 years ago, and having a 'go' outside would not show them the amount of pressure when things get chaotic a little

.
Some people are leaving on these grounds, where others are waiting for the outcome, anyway, it is the only place on 6/5 with choice of base and fixed roster; as long as this outweight everything else, NetJets Staff Management is in good shape...
