Well said Mach084. Fact is that the moaners here are not bitching because RM got the job, but rather that they didn't get it!! It's classic sour grapes so more power to RM and lets give him a chance. The upgrade out of seniority is another matter. There is a history of this position leading to such an event. If the man is serious he should offer to wait his turn which won't be that long anyway since he is at least 4 years in GF. With current attrition he will be in line for CP 330/340 next week
