I have to say to most of you that I feel it is both highly inappropriate as well as totally unfair to judge someone without giving him or her a chance to see what he can do.
The fact that the man is an F/O means nothing at all, he is being called upon to handle flight safety and I feel an F/O is just as capable as the most senior captain if not more so. If I didnt believe that I would refuse to fly with F/O's.
I saw the SVN for the position and it was done all above board. I'm not a BN fan but what's right is right.
Please give the guy at least a chance before you shoot him down.
