What's currently happening in the interviews hasn't changed a great deal over the past year or so.

The folks interviewing you are all pretty good guys and gals. There's no trickery as such. Review the technical stuff such as general Perf A (or ATPL perf) and the like. You should know your own aircraft too, you may be asked about it.

Think about what makes Netjets different versus the airlines and how you can fit in.

You'll definitely need a sense of humour and a fondness for changes to schedules.

If you're not a native English speaker, your English language skills will be assessed.

I flew the sim in March. It's not hard to fly. You're not expected to fly the Embraer 145 like a genius but you're expected to be able to follow an SID and not bust altitudes. Good CRM is also expected.

Netjets crews are expected to be flexible and to not be too fixed on a set schedule. If the assessors feel your answers are too planned then you may not be successful.
