Poor bugger, you would think he has the right to decide who to sell it to wouldnt you
Well,in this case in an auction you remove that right.
He could have advertised the aircraft in a warbirds magazine but then he would not have known how much to put on it as he would have wanted to get as much as possible...obviously
So he decided to try eBay.
If the seller had not really wanted to sell or put the reserve at too low a price then why did he do it?
If you put any item up for auction with a low reserve and then fail to get the price you might have liked then you only have yourself to blame.
Perhaps this will prevent people from playing games.
Perhaps he wanted to test the waters and see how much he could get for it.
eBay is an auction and he has got his fingers well and truly burnt.
